    This is a mild honey that sits very well with anything you use it for. It does not dominate and has a wonderful flavor, a delight for your tongue! It is THE best for making a cuppa, English Breakfast Tea with cream and honey. I prefer this honey over others.

    I buy honey from other local honey suppliers but I prefer the quality and taste of Miss Amy's honey. It is a wonderful mild honey that just makes it for me. In tea and I drink loose teas, it marries very well with Ceylon and Assam black teas.

    I had discovered this honey during a trip to Montauk this summer. I have tried other fresh made honey from fairs around Long Island, but this is by far the best. I add it to my tea at night or eat it straight from the jar. Amazing!
