Plump tart cherries are gently crushed to bring out their mildly sweet juice to create a chunky and mouth wateringly tart jam. With just a dash of added sugar this jam is in a league of it's own.
Montmorency sour cherries, pure cane sugar, lemon juice, natural fruit pectin.

It's dee-lightfull, it's dee-licious, it's dee-wondeful. Best d(mn jam I ever had. Reminds me of the old old SNL skit, from the 70's, where they play a bunch of ad people sitting around the table to come up with a name for some great jam. They say it is so good that we need a disgusting name. The one I remember is something liek "Dead Nuns and Babies". A completely vulgar and offensive skit. Oh yeah, but the jam IS, REALLY IS, amazing!
